I bought an item full price and now there is a cheaper deal. Can I get my money back?
No, unfortunately we cannot reimburse the difference in price.

Can I return an item that I bought as a deal?
Yes, we have a 15 days returns period for all items purchased at West Auto Electrics. Be sure to Check out the return info here.

I added an item to my cart at the deal price, why is it full price now?
The deal is for a limited time only, so if you add an item to you cart but don’t check out before the deal ends, the item will return to the original price.

Can you do any further discounts?
Unfortunately not! However, there are some serious bargains in our Friday Frenzy and Weekly Specials that have new deals added each week.

Will my order be dispatched as normal?
We will make it our priority to dispatch all orders on time. However, orders bought after 2pm AEST Monday to Friday will not be processed until the next business day that the order was processed.

Will you have another deal soon?
Yes, we have Friday Frenzy and weekly specials that run every week. Be sure to also keep an eye out for the yearly deals that only happen once a year.

We are not able to offer the deal pricing outside of the set timeframes. If you purchase an item outside of this time, it will be the original price. If an item you purchased has deal pricing after your purchase, we are not able to reimburse the difference.
Items added to your cart at the deal price during the deal will return to their original price once the deal has ended.
Any quotes or invoices created during the deal timeframe will be cancelled once the deal has ended, and the items will return to the original price.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Recommended Retail which in most cases is set by the Australian Importers of the Products. Pricing changes at West Auto Electrics are at the direction of the Australian supplier due to currency fluctuations.

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Gift Vouchers
West Auto Electrics gift cards entitle users to Australian dollars which can be redeemed at Westautoelectrics.shop. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date on them.
